RADO prides itself in building better community.  Helping neighbors realize the dream of home ownership is our goal in hopes that Riverside will continue to thrive.  Affordable housing should be available to those who are interested in living in our wonderful community.  

RADO assists individuals in accessing grant money, low interest financing and subsidies that are available to first time home buyers, and those who fall within the median income range.  RADO will also help families whose credit is below that needed for a home loan to get their finances back on track.

The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Housing Commission offers the Head Start to HOME Ownership Program which provides financial assistance to residents who are interested in purchasing a home in Duval County. The Florida Bond Program is also available to those who qualify. Find out more information at http://www.floridahousing.org.
